- Quotes: Quotes provided by Lucas Equine are valid only for the period stated on the quote (or, if none is stated, for 30 days) and are subject to change prior to acceptance. Custom products may have additional terms in the quote or invoice.
- Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by Lucas Equine. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, errors, or product unavailability).
- Pricing and taxes: Prices are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes, duties, shipping, and handling, which are added at checkout or as stated in your quote/invoice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.
- Payment: We may use third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processor to charge the amounts due. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.
- Shipping and delivery: Shipping dates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
- Cancellations and returns: Custom or made-to-order products may be non-cancellable and non-returnable. Standard products may be subject to return policies as stated on your invoice or our Site. Restocking fees may apply. Contact us for return authorization before sending any items back.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, epidemics, war, terrorism, government action, natural disasters, or internet/utility failures.
Severability; Waiver; Assignment

- Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future enforcement.
